Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible Facility Supervisor to manage building operations, maintenance activities, and tenant coordination. The ideal candidate should be able to oversee property maintenance and ensure smooth day-to-day facility management.

Responsibilities:
*Supervise building maintenance and facility operations.
*Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians and service providers.
*Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the property.
*Collect rent from tenants and maintain payment records.
*Handle tenant inquiries and ensure proper communication with occupants.
*Ensure the facility complies with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:
*Minimum 1–2 years of experience in facility or property supervision.
*Experience in building maintenance and tenant coordination.
*Ability to manage maintenance staff and service providers.
*Basic knowledge of record keeping and rent collection.
*Good communication and organizational skills.
