Senior Lead Veterinarian Needed

Seeking an experienced senior veterinarian to lead the launch of a new veterinary and pet boarding clinic in Bahrain. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape the clinic from setup through to operations.

Responsibilities include obtaining and managing all necessary veterinary licenses and regulatory approvals, overseeing clinic setup and operational planning, leading veterinary care and clinical operations, managing the pet boarding facility, and building and supervising the clinic team.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid Bahrain veterinary medical professions practice license, have significant senior-level clinical experience with a proven track record of leading and managing a veterinary clinic, and have experience with clinic or practice setup. Experience with pet boarding operations is a plus.

Open to all nationalities. Male and female candidates welcome. Accommodation available if needed. Sponsorship available if needed.

Base salary: BD 750+, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
