We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. This role involves creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and analyzing social media performance to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce high-quality content
Manage paid social media campaigns and promotions
Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
Prepare social media performance reports using analytics tools
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
Experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media analytics
Basic understanding of social media advertising
Excellent communication and creative skills
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills

Experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop
Ability to create short-form video content for social media
