About the Role

We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist to manage core HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment, a solid understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to contribute immediately as an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on Indeed and other job portals.
Advise management and employees on Bahrain Labour Law compliance and HR policies.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation in line with labor regulations.
Maintain HR records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support HR initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.
Handle employee relations issues and assist in resolving HR-related queries.
Provide HR reports and metrics to senior management.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in HR/Recruitment roles (minimum 2–4 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit processes.
Experience posting jobs on Indeed and managing recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
Immediate availability is required.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.
Experience across multiple HR functions, including training and development.
Strong attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential information.
