Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive who can join immediately to oversee and support key HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with Bahrain Labor Law. This role requires a proactive HR professional capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities while supporting management and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies.
Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Handle employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to staff and management.
Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance related to HR procedures.
Assist with HR reporting, performance management processes, and policy implementation.
Coordinate HR-related documentation and support administrative processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of HR experience, preferably within Bahrain.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and HR best practices.
Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in English
Must be available for immediate joining.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with LMRA processes, employee documentation, and HR compliance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
