We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in boosting our sales and engaging with customers through effective communication and building good relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/patients/customers to promote our products/services.
• Provide detailed information about products/services and address questions promptly.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude during all interactions.
• Record and manage customer information and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer outreach strategies.
• Follow up on leads generated through various channels to convert into sales.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.

Note: Candidates with previous experience in telecalling are preferred.
