Description

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties

Maintain daily accounting records and ledgers
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Reconcile bank statements
Prepare financial reports for management
Support external auditors with required documentation

Administrative Duties

Manage office correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
Organize and maintain filing systems
Oversee office supplies and procurement
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Handle HR-related paperwork (leave forms, attendance, etc.)
Support management with day-to-day office operations


Required Skills

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)


Ideal Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
1–5 years’ experience in a similar combined role
Knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations
