Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Desk Technician to provide technical support and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in handling IT support requests, and must be currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Log, track, and resolve support requests using the IT service desk ticketing system.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management.
Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic network connectivity issues.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required.
Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and solutions.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or help desk roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Experience with IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Experience with remote desktop support tools.
