We’re Hiring – Interior Designer
📍 Bahrain

Dar Al Mebtakeroon (DMC) is looking for a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be creative, client-oriented, and experienced in both design and project execution within the Bahrain market.

Role Overview:
The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing interior design projects from concept development to execution. This includes meeting with clients, preparing design proposals, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered according to design intent, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project goals

Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts

Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and design presentations

Prepare material selections, specifications, and BOQs

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers

Conduct site visits and supervise execution to ensure design compliance

Assist in project costing, quotations, and sales proposals

Manage client relationships and support the sales process for new projects

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design and project execution

Experience working within the Bahrain market is preferred

Strong sales and client communication skills

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar

Good knowledge of fit-out works, materials, and site execution

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
