Experienced South Indian General Cook.
A South Indian General Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking authentic South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, including breakfast items (dosa, idli, vada), rice, curries, and sambar. They are responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining food hygiene, and controlling ingredient stock.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Cooking traditional South Indian dishes (dosa, idli, sambar, vada, uttapam, chutneys) to high standards.
Menu Planning: Creating or assisting in the design of menus that showcase authentic South Indian cuisine.
Kitchen Management: Managing ingredient stock levels, placing orders, and maintaining an organized, clean kitchen.
Compliance: Ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are met.
Operational Support: Assisting or supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting, specifically with South Indian cuisine.
Culinary Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of South Indian spices, ingredients (coconut, tamarind, lentils), and cooking techniques.
Technical Ability: Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Consistency: Ability to maintain consistent food quality and portion control.

10 Hours Duty.
Monthly 2 off.
Salary BHD200.000 to 250.000
Visa, Accommodation, Food & Transport provided by the company.
