Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter who can join immediately to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers. A basic understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and employment practices is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on recruitment platforms.
Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment progress.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies.
Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Bahrain.
Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and employment regulations.
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.
Fluent in English
Must be available for immediate joining.
Preferred Skills:

Experience recruiting for multiple roles and industries.
Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
