Description

 Prepare valuations for various projects.

 Checking supplied material quantities against claim in valuation.

 Prepare invoice with the covering letter and submit to Client.

 Attending valuation meeting and agree interim valuations.

 Obtain valuation certificate from Client.

 Prepare interim invoice as per client certificate.

 Checked and certify sub-contractors’ valuation.

 Preparing sub-contract payment authority.

 Prepare final account.

 Following up payments.

 Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.

 Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.

 Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.

 Performing risk and value management and cost control.

 Advising on procurement strategy.

 Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks

 Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders.

 Allocating work to subcontractors.

 Providing advice on contractual claims.

 Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.

 Valuing completed work and arranging payments.

 Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use.

 Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.

 Other common basic task on day to day basis.


Job Specification (Qualification and Education Requirements):

 Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience working in similar role
