Description

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator who can operate different machines used in signage production. The candidate should have practical experience with CNC Router, Fiber Laser, CO₂ Laser, Printers, Plotter Cutters, and Channel Letter Machines.

Main Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the following machines:

CNC Router (2D & 3D cutting)

Fiber Laser (metal cutting)

CO₂ Laser (acrylic & non-metal cutting)

Eco-Solvent & UV Printers

Plotter Cutting Machines

Channel Letter Bending Machine & Press Brake

Load materials correctly and select proper thickness and settings.

Set up machines based on design files provided by the design team.

Perform basic maintenance and calibration.

Check finished products for quality and accuracy.

Maintain daily production records.

Follow safety rules while handling machines and materials.

Requirements

Knowledge of machine operation and basic troubleshooting.

Ability to read technical drawings.

Understanding of signage materials.

Basic knowledge of Illustrator or print-ready files is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Freshers can also apply.
