Assistant Manager – Tendering (Civil Maintenance Projects)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates.
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Handle rate analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison statements.
- Prepare interim payment certificates and final accounts.
- Monitor project variations and contract administration.
- Conduct site visits for quantity verification and progress assessment.
- Support tender preparation and submission processes.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil works, maintenance contracts, and renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
- Familiarity with plumbing and building services quantities preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- GCC project experience preferred.
- Site experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: BD 1000 + 225 HRA + Company Car + Medical Insurance + Family status + tickets
