Position Overview
The Marketing & Social Media Manager will lead LU Media’s digital presence, develop marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage content calendars and campaign planning
- Oversee all social media platforms and ensure consistent brand voice
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content
- Track performance metrics and provide reports with insights
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and production teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in marketing or social media management
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills
- Graphic design or video editing knowledge
- Paid advertising and performance marketing experience
- Familiarity with SEO and email marketing
