Knowledge of hygiene and kitchen safety standards

Ability to manage kitchen operations independently

Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh and high-quality vegetarian dishes

Plan menu as per requirements

Maintain cleanliness and food safety

Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
