URGENT: Project Cost Accountant - Major Infrastructure/Fit-out Project

We are hiring a Project Cost Accountant with specialized experience in project-based financial management and cost control for a high-value project.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Monitoring: Track project expenditures against budgets and manage real-time cost-to-complete reporting.

Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of actual vs. estimated costs; identify and report on budget deviations.

WIP Management: Oversee Work-in-Progress (WIP) valuations and ensure accurate revenue recognition per project milestones.

Financial Oversight: Manage subcontractor payments, resource allocation, and final project financial audits.

Requirements:

Must have a strong background in Project Costing (Joinery, Construction, or Fit-out experience preferred).

Expertise in ERP systems and advanced financial documentation.
