1. Field Officer – Operations (POS Support)

Key Responsibilities:

POS installations, replacements, and technical support
Merchant training on POS usage, fraud awareness, and card acceptance best practices
Courtesy visits, complaint handling, and first‑level troubleshooting
POS inventory handling, documentation, and project‑based upgrades
Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in POS/Acquiring operations
Technical knowledge of POS hardware/software
Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills
Male, 21–25 years (as required by department)
2. Integration Specialist – Technical (Payments & ECR Integrations)

Key Responsibilities:

POS & ECR integration using DLL/SDK
.NET, Java, C++ development for payment flows
POS/ECR simulator testing, ISO 8583 knowledge
MPGS & Cybersource API integration
Mobile app development (Android/iOS)
Building DB layer, reports, dashboards (MSSQL, MS Access, Excel)
Requirements:

Hands-on experience in payments integration
Strong coding background (.NET, Java, C++)
Knowledge of tokenization, 3DS, PCI compliance
