We Are Hiring – Experienced Chocolate Maker / Pastry Chef

We are looking for a skilled and creative Chocolate Maker Chef who has strong experience in preparing high-quality handmade chocolates.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in chocolate making and confectionery
• Knowledge of tempering chocolate and molding techniques
• Experience in chocolate decoration and presentation
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications:
• Culinary or pastry certification (added advantage)
• Experience working in a bakery, chocolate factory, or hotel
Responsibilities:
• Preparing and producing high-quality chocolates
• Maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
• Managing stock of ingredients and raw materials
• Ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of products
