Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Purchase Manager to support procurement operations within our hospitality division. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase documentation, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing purchasing strategies for hotel/resort operations
Source reliable vendors and obtain competitive quotations
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments for requirements
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit standards
Track deliveries and resolve supply or quality issues
Support cost-control initiatives and reporting

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing/procurement within hospitality or related industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of supply chain procedures and inventory systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling multi-property procurement
- Cost analysis and budgeting knowledge

Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
