Job Description

Meet with clients to understand their project goals, style preferences, and functional needs for interior spaces.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to determine the functionality, layout, and overall aesthetic of interior environments.
Analyze space planning requirements, movement flow, and user interaction to maximize efficiency and usability.
Prepare concept boards, mood presentations, and design proposals that illustrate the intended creative direction.
Guide clients in selecting suitable materials, finishes, furnishings, and decorative components aligned with the design vision.
Use professional design software to produce detailed drawings, layouts, 3D renderings, and comprehensive presentation packages.
Develop project schedules and cost estimates, presenting clear timelines and budget projections to clients.
Procure materials, furniture, and d?cor items while ensuring alignment with approved concepts and financial limits.
Oversee on-site installation of finishes and furnishings to confirm adherence to design specifications.
Conduct final walkthroughs with clients upon completion, gather feedback, and address any pending adjustments.
Remain informed about current trends, new materials, technologies, and advancements within the interior design field.

Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
Refined design sensibility with the ability to create attractive, functional, and well-balanced interior spaces.
Solid understanding of visual composition, scale, proportion, and spatial harmony.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general productivity tools.
Practical experience with industry-standard design software including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit Architecture, and similar programs.
Basic familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and inspection requirements related to interior works.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant professional experience in interior design.
