Responsibilities:

• Handle basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks when required
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure safety standards
• Support general maintenance activities
Requirements:
• Experience as an electrician or multi-technician
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Hardworking and responsible attitude
• Ability to work independently
