Description

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
Support HR and management with clerical duties as needed

Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years
Strong command of MS Office, email handling, calendars, and reporting tools.
Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
Personality Fit and Pretty Look (Very Important)
