Position Title: Workshop Supervisor
Department: Workshop / Service Center
Reports To: Operations Manager / Service Manager

Job Summary:
The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and compliance with safety and company standards. This role involves supervising technicians, managing jobs, and coordinating with management to achieve service and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities

Assign jobs to technicians and monitor work progress

Ensure repair and maintenance work meets quality standards

Diagnose complex technical issues and support technicians

Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance of workshop staff

Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment

Enforce safety procedures and workshop discipline

Prepare daily and monthly workshop reports

Coordinate with parts, service advisors, and management

Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Support sales, service targets, and workshop efficiency

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Good technical knowledge of automotive/mechanical systems

Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of workshop safety standards and procedures

Preferred Nationality: Filipino

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in a mechanical workshop, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Work Environment:

Workshop-based role, hands-on supervision with administrative responsibilities.
