Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce Specialist who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our online sales channels, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and online marketplaces
Upload, update, and optimize product listings (descriptions, images, pricing, SEO)
Monitor website performance, traffic, and sales analytics
Implement strategies to increase online sales and conversion rates
Coordinate with marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and paid ads
Manage inventory updates and ensure accurate product availability
Oversee order processing, returns, and customer service coordination
Optimize user experience (UX/UI improvements suggestions)
Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
Stay updated with e-commerce trends and industry best practices
Requirements

Proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or similar role (2+ years preferred)
Experience managing Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online sales strategies
Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Available to join immediately
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
Experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Knowledge of the GCC market
