Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

To ensure that all machine and auxiliary equipment are working and in optimal condition for optimal speed/output and accordingly produce acceptable quality products.

In-house maintenance and repair of machines (thermoforming, extrusions, injection moulding, press, packing)

take care of the jobs related to plumbing activities across both the plants and all locations in order to have timely fixation of any identified issues for immediate solutions.

To conduct preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for all the electrical panels, electrical motors, parts and witches in the plastic production machineries and ensure to have it recorded in machine history card and AM/PM checklist.

To recommend electrical/electronic parts which need replacement before the part breaks down.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Mechanical Technician or Certification

WORK LOCATION: BAHRAIN

3 years minimum relevant experience in the same field

Ability to work independently and within a multi-national/cultural team

Good English communication ability, skilled in organizing and in problem solving

Can do repair and maintenance of the machines in Plastic section (thermoforming, extrusion, press, injection moulding and packing)
