We are currently looking for an experienced MEP Manager to join our team and lead all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across our projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an MEP Manager at Olive Green Contracting, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling all MEP works to ensure timely delivery, technical compliance, cost efficiency, and effective coordination with all stakeholders. You will act as the main point of contact for all MEP-related matters and play a key role in project success from planning through handover.

MEP PLANNING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Review and study MEP drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop MEP execution plans, schedules, and method statements aligned with project timelines.
• Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Carpentry, Joinery, and Fit-Out teams.
• Ensure proper sequencing of works to avoid clashes and delays.

TECHNICAL OVERSIGHT
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site teams.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and local authority requirements.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & SUPERVISION
• Lead and manage MEP Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, and Technicians.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
• Conduct regular site meetings and performance reviews.
• Identify training needs and support skill development within the team.

QUALITY, SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
• Ensure all MEP works meet company quality standards and project specifications.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements on site.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities.
• Ensure timely closure of snags and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

COST CONTROL & COORDINATION
• Monitor MEP budgets and control costs within approved limits.
• Coordinate with Procurement on material selection, approvals, and timely delivery.
• Review MEP-related variations, claims, and change orders.
• Provide technical support to the commercial team when required.

DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING
• Maintain accurate records of MEP activities, inspections, and test results.
• Review and approve as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
• Support project close-out and final handover documentation.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in MEP works within construction or fit-out projects.
• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in Electrical Plumbing, FAFF, HVAC and ELV systems.
• Experience working on GCC projects is a plus.
