We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive who is currently based in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will support HR operations while ensuring compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and government processes. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their HR career with hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and employee induction
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law
Support payroll processing and benefits administration
Handle work permits, visas, and GOSI/Labour Office documentation under guidance
Assist with employee relations, grievances, and HR reporting
Support training, performance appraisals, and HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with LMRA, MOL, and other local HR regulations
Prepare HR reports and assist senior HR staff with audits and inspections
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Bahrain
Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, LMRA, MOL, and HR compliance processes
Locally available in Bahrain and immediate joiner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
Preferred Skills

Experience across multiple HR functions
Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly
Arabic language skills are an advantage
