About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser with proven experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining visually appealing product displays that drive sales, enhance customer experience, and strengthen brand presence in retail environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create engaging in-store displays, planograms, and promotional setups to maximize product visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure competitive visual presentation.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and ensure compliance with standards.
• Train and guide store staff on merchandising best practices.

Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising within the FMCG industry is an ADVANTAGE.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail dynamics.
• Proficiency in planogram software and merchandising tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
