Description

We are seeking a qualified and motivated University Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, contributing to academic development, and supporting student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars according to the approved curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Guide and mentor students in academic and research activities
Participate in curriculum development and academic meetings
Conduct research and publish academic work (as required by the institution)
Maintain accurate academic records and comply with university policies
Contribute to departmental and university initiatives
Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree (mandatory) in the relevant subject
PhD (mandatory) in the related academic discipline
Teaching experience at university level preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage students and promote an effective learning environment
