Description

? Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently for lifting, moving, and placing heavy loads.

? Conduct daily inspections of the crane and report any defects or maintenance needs.

? Follow lift plans, load charts, and site instructions at all times.

? Communicate clearly with riggers, signalmen, and supervisors during lifting operations.

? Must be familiar with the emergency stop hand signal.

? Ensure all lifting activities comply with safety regulations and company procedures.

? Set up, level, and secure the crane before operations.

? Monitor ground conditions and crane stability during lifts.

? Shut down and secure equipment properly after operations.

? Maintain valid operators third party certification and licenses as required.

? Must NOT be under any influence of drugs or alcohol during lifting operations.

? Must NOT exceed 75% of crane rated capacity unless classified as a critical lift.

? Operator should not use the by pass button unless during temporary emergency situations.

Must participate in daily tool box and pre start meetings
