Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage company documentation, handle email correspondence, prepare quotations, and support invoicing and basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with administrative and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize incoming and outgoing documents.

Review and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare and issue quotations to clients.

Generate invoices and follow up on payments when required.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation.

Coordinate with operations, sales, and finance teams.

File, scan, and archive documents (digital and physical).

Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proven experience as a document controller, admin assistant, or similar role.

Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing procedures.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Experience with accounting or ERP software.

Previous experience preparing quotations and invoices.
