Job Title: Sales Manager

The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts with Bahrain’s most prominent industrial and utility sectors. You will be the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, focusing on building long-term partnerships rather than just closing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Account Management: Navigate and maintain deep-rooted relationships within ALBA, EWA, BAPCO Energies, and other major statutory bodies.
• Pipeline Growth: Identify and secure high-value tenders and private contracts.
• Technical Liaison: Work closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure our solutions meet the specific standards of Bahrain’s industrial sector.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of local regulatory changes, EWA compliance requirements, and industrial expansion projects.
What We’re Looking For
• You have a proven track record (6–7 years) of successfully dealing with ALBA and EWA. You know their procurement processes inside and out.
• Local Expertise: Deep understanding of the Bahraini market dynamics and a strong professional network within the Kingdom.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
• Technical Savvy: Ability to discuss technical specifications and compliance standards comfortably with project managers and engineers.
