Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control food & beverage costs

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports

Conduct inventory checks and stock audits

Verify purchase orders, invoices, and store issues

Calculate recipe costing and menu pricing

Analyze wastage, variance, and consumption reports

Coordinate with kitchen and purchasing department

Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) procedures

Monitor portion control and standard recipes

Assist in budgeting and cost forecasting

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Finance, or Accounting

Minimum 2–3 years experience in F&B costing

Knowledge of inventory and cost control systems

Strong Excel and reporting skills

Attention to detail and analytical ability
