We are supporting a major Oil & Gas operator in Bahrain and are looking for experienced professionals for Pre‑Commissioning, Commissioning & Start‑Up (PCC & SU) activities.
Candidates with compressor station experience and immediate availability will be given priority.

???? Open Positions (Multiple Vacancies)
1️⃣ PCC & Start‑Up Manager
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
15–25 years in Oil & Gas projects
Overseas experience preferred (Bahrain advantage)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all PCC & Start‑Up activities
Develop procedures, coordinate vendors, manage interfaces
Oversee testing, start‑up, performance validation
Ensure safety, documentation, handover, and reporting
Strong leadership, field coordination, and HSE awareness

Technical Advantage:
ASME B31.3, P&IDs, isometrics, compressor station experience

2️⃣ Piping Supervisor / Engineer (PCC & Start‑Up)
Requirements:
Diploma: 10–15 years Degree: 8–10 years
Oil & Gas experience mandatory
Overseas experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Air blowing, leak testing, purging, inerting
System line‑up, inspections, walkthroughs (MEI/RFC/RFSU/PSSR)
Punch clearance, documentation, client coordination

Technical Advantage:
ASME B31.3, P&IDs, isometrics, compressor station experience

3️⃣ Mechanical Supervisor (PCC & Start‑Up)
Requirements:
Diploma: 10–15 years Degree: 8–10 years
Strong Oil & Gas mechanical background
Overseas experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Solo run of motors & compressors
MRT for pumps & compressors
Vessel internal cleaning, box‑up inspections
Alignment, troubleshooting, lube oil flushing
Walkthroughs, documentation, punch clearance

Technical Advantage:
API/ASME, rotating & static equipment, compressor systems

4️⃣ Electrical Engineer (PCC & Start‑Up)
Requirements:
Diploma: 10–15 years Degree: 8–15 years
Oil & Gas experience mandatory
Overseas experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
LEER/field permit system, LOTO
MCC, switchgear, interlock checks
Solo run, MRT, UPS, battery systems
Relay testing, energization, lighting systems
HVAC commissioning

Technical Advantage:
IEC, IEEE, API, MV/LV systems, protection relays

5️⃣ Instrumentation Engineer (PCC & Start‑Up)
Requirements:
Diploma: 10–15 years Degree: 8–15 years
Oil & Gas experience mandatory
Overseas experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Verification of P&IDs, I/O lists, loop diagrams
Installation supervision, calibration, loop checks
Functional tests (UPS/FGS/PLC/ESD)
C&E testing, SAT, vendor coordination
Troubleshooting during PCC & Start‑Up

Technical Advantage:
IEC, ISA, DCS/ESD/F&G systems, analyzers, control valves

6️⃣ Process Engineer / DCS Supervisor (PCC & Start‑Up)
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical
10–15 years in Oil & Gas
Overseas experience preferred


Key Responsibilities:
Daily operation of LIER building
FAT/SAT documentation & punch clearance
Control narrative verification
ESD/FGS C&E testing
DCS monitoring, troubleshooting, commissioning
Plant start‑up, stabilization, and handover

Technical Advantage:
Yokogawa / Honeywell / Emerson / Siemens systems
