Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.

Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Conduct employee induction and monitor probationary periods.

Maintain employee records, training documentation, and performance appraisal reports.

Ensure HR records and digital databases are accurate and up to date.

Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company HR policies.

Support disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations matters.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and HR initiatives.

Handle general HR and administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document control.

Manage office supplies and pantry consumables.

Monitor vehicle tracking systems and prepare daily reports.

Coordinate vehicle servicing, insurance, and maintenance schedules.

Validate Sadeem system reports as required.

Handle employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in Bahrain preferred.


Good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
