Need Sales lady in computer shop

Computer & Accessory Sales
Product Expertise: Explaining technical specs (RAM, CPU, GPU) in a way that regular customers understand.
Basic Technical Support: Perform basic device setups, software installations, and initial troubleshooting for customers
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and use Inventory Management Software to ensure accuracy.

Essential Skills
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of current technology trends, hardware compatibility, and major brands (e.g., Apple, hp Dell, Microsoft).
Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with diverse customers, from tech-savvy beginners needing a simple home PC.
Problem-Solving: Quickly identifying customer needs and providing creative solutions for hardware or software challenges.
Digital Proficiency: Mastery of CRM tools and basic office software to manage customer leads and sales pipelines.
Resilience & Persuasion: Staying motivated through sales rejections and possessing the persistence to follow up with potential clients.
