EXECUTIVE SECRETARY / ASSISTANT
We are seeking an accomplished Executive secretary with at least 2 years of experience to provide high-level support to our senior executive. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for executive communications, expert in managing complex schedules, communications and confidential projects, ensuring that the executive office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
 Screen and handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
 Maintain corporate governance and organize confidential files.
 Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
 Draft, proofread, and edit emails, memos, bank letters, and other communications.
 Organize and prepare for meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes.
 Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
 Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
 Relay messages and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
 Maintain a professional and positive company image in all interactions.
 Handle financial reports, expense reports, and reimbursements.
 Handle Banking transactions, filling and able to prepare reports
 Assist in project management and tracking deadlines.
 Handle latest technologies like AI or chat GPT ?
 Handle Hr related work
 Handle Financing and Banking related work
 Maintain confidentiality in all communications and document handling.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Excellent Communication abilities for internal and external coordination
• Experience with Company Secretarial Work and handling corporate documentation
• Strong skills in Customer Service and effectively addressing inquiries
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in using office software and familiarity with scheduling tools
• Prior experience in a similar role or professional administrative environment
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
