Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clothing Merchandiser to join our retail team immediately. The ideal candidate is locally available in Bahrain and has a keen eye for fashion trends, stock management, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute merchandise displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.

Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to recommend merchandise strategies.

Ensure pricing, labeling, and presentation are accurate and consistent with brand standards.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets and optimize product placement.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail merchandising, preferably in clothing/fashion.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Eye for detail and knowledge of current fashion trends.

Locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
