Description

A well established, reputed Mineral Water Company in Bahrain is looking for Quality Technician.

 Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Microbiology/ biochemistry / Chemistry
 Responsible for the factory Lab
 Perform and record keeping of all tests
 Quality monitoring as per the procedures
 Management of Consumer complaints
 Process and Line monitoring / release
 Sensory for raw, packaging, FG and Online samples
 Test Methods including – Inventory, Laboratory Instructions, Internal Control Plan, Standard Operation Procedures.
 Documentation – For Main Lab
 Awareness of GLP / GMP and food safety and hygiene
 Fresher or 1 years experience in Food / Water / FMCG industry
 Any Nationality
 Gender Male / Female
 Age 22 – 30 years
