Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately in Bahrain. The ideal candidate is locally available, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Support various departments with administrative tasks.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration or office support is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.
