We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team immediately in Bahrain. The ideal candidate is locally available, well-organized, and skilled at managing front-desk operations while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently.

Manage appointments, schedules, and front-desk operations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues courteously and professionally.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in front-desk administration is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.

Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.

Locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.

Ability to work flexible hours if required.
