Description

We are seeking professional, well - presented Receptionist to join our Front Office team in a 5-star hotel.

Responsibilities:
-Welcome and assist guests in courteous and professional manner
- Handle guest check-in and check-out
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest enquiries
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details
- Follow hotel policies, procedures and brand

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist in hotel. Minimum 1-2 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge of hotel PMS system is an advantage.
- Male candidates preferred.
