Outdoor Salesman
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and accounts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
• Lead negotiations, finalize sales agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
• Support and mentor junior sales team members as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in a senior role
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Valid driving license (preferred)
