The Junior Recruiter will support the HR and Recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various construction-related roles. This position is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment and interested in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in posting job advertisements on different platforms and social media.
Source candidates through databases, job portals, and internal referrals.
Screen resumes to match job requirements for construction positions (e.g., engineers, foremen, technicians, labor roles).
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications.
Support in organizing recruitment campaigns and walk-in interviews.
Communicate with candidates professionally through email or calls.
Assist in preparing offer letters and collecting required documents.
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Computer literacy (MS Office, email drafting, Excel).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn about construction roles and industry needs.
