Subject: URGENT: Draftsman (Joinery & Interiors) – Major Project

We are hiring an experienced Draftsman with a strong background in Joinery & Interior Fit-out for a large, high-budget project.

Key Responsibilities:

Shop Drawings: Prepare detailed joinery and interior shop drawings as per approved IFC drawings and specifications.

Coordination: Coordinate with site engineers, production teams, and consultants for approvals and clarifications.

Measurements: Take site measurements and ensure accuracy before production and installation.

Revisions: Update drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and client requirements.

Documentation: Maintain drawing logs, revisions, and as-built drawings for final handover.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Interior Fit-out / Joinery Drafting.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (3D knowledge is an advantage).

Good understanding of joinery details, materials, and installation methods.

Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
