We are hiring Civil Supervisors to oversee building and civil construction activities on site, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily civil construction works on site

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications

Monitor quality, safety, and productivity on site

Manage manpower, materials, and tools efficiently

Prepare daily progress reports

Ensure timely completion of assigned works

Requirements

Indian nationality

Minimum 3–6 years experience as Civil Supervisor

Experience in building construction projects

Valid Bahrain driving licence mandatory

Good knowledge of site execution and supervision

Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities
