Job Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be an immediate joiner with strong HR operational experience and excellent communication skills. Prior work experience in Bahrain is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, and employee relations
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company HR policies
Manage employee documentation, contracts, and HR records
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
Coordinate training, engagement, and HR initiatives
Liaise with government bodies (LMRA, GOSI, MOL, etc.) as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with experience in Bahrain
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to join immediately or on short notice
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Preferred Candidate Profile
Currently residing in Bahrain
Immediate availability
Proven experience handling HR operations independently
