Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have hands-on recruitment experience in Bahrain, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of local hiring practices and labor market requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and recruitment processes
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter in Bahrain
Good knowledge of the Bahrain job market and recruitment channels
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Immediate availability to join
Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for multiple roles/industries
Familiarity with Bahrain labor regulations and documentation
