Key Responsibilities

Maintain site attendance, manpower records, and timesheets

Prepare daily / weekly site reports

Coordinate between site team and head office

Handle site documentation and correspondence

Assist with HR-related site activities (leave, overtime, records)

Maintain files for materials, tools, and site logistics

Ensure compliance with company policies and site procedures

Requirements

Indian nationality (Male)

Minimum 2–5 years experience as Site Admin / Site Coordinator

Construction or site experience preferred

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Good communication and coordination skills

Service Charge Applicable
